Refund & Return Policy – Uptrends Brass

At Uptrends Brass, we take great pride in offering premium handcrafted brass pooja essentials, kitchenware, décor, and return gifts. Each item is uniquely crafted by skilled artisans, which means slight variations in design, finish, or color are natural and part of the handcrafted charm.

However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a request.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. However, our customer service must be notified within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Items eligible for return/exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized or sale items are non-returnable unless defective or different from the description.
  • Uptrends Brass reserves the right to reject return requests if a customer frequently returns products (more than 3 times in a financial year).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, altered, or damaged items.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Sale or promotional items, unless defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item, color, or a defective product.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Conditions for Refund Refusal

Your refund request may be denied if:

  • The product has minor color/design variations due to handcrafted nature.
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or outdated.
  • The package was refused or undeliverable after multiple courier attempts.
  • The product is returned in a used or damaged condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
